Processing temperature and production process of stainless steel PE protective film for stainless steel profile

The stainless steel profile PE protective film for stainless steel profile is a typical crystalline polymer body when it is used, and there are mainly the following methods for improving the transparency.

1. Adding a nucleating agent nucleating agent to the PE protective film for stainless steel profile of stainless steel can replace the crystal nucleus during the processing of the crystalline polymer, so that the polymer molecules grow into crystals on the nucleating agent due to the addition of nucleation. Agent, PE protective film for stainless steel profile, PP protective film melt at the melting point, the number of crystal nuclei available for crystallization is greatly increased, the crystallization rate is increased, and the crystal particles are refined, so that the crystal does not affect the transparency of the film, thereby improving the PE and PP film. Crystallinity increases the film strength while increasing transparency. Nucleating agents are divided into two categories: organic nucleating agents and inorganic nucleating agents. Organic nucleating agents include benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, etc., and inorganic nucleating agents include talc, sodium carbonate, and the like.

2. 0.5-1% homogeneous oil is added to the PE protective film for stainless steel profile particles of stainless steel. When used, such homogeneous oil can be the same as PVC, PE, PP, PU, PC, PS, HIPS, ABS, AAS, PMMA, PET, PBT, etc. have good compatibility. It can be dyed into a uniform transparent plastic with good directness. The homogeneous oil is non-toxic and can be used for forming processing at high speed stirring at 50-70 °C.

3. Stainless steel profile PE protective film for stainless steel profile In the production process, the barrel processing temperature is appropriately increased, and the transparency of the film can be improved to a certain extent. In fact, in order to produce a transparent PP film, a water quenching method must be used. For example, if air cooling is used, the produced PP inflation film is vague and translucent due to poor cooling effect. For this reason, an appropriate increase in processing temperature and high-efficiency cooling means in production are effective ways to improve transparency.
